EXCELLENCE IN RENTON AT WALKER'S SUBARU! We originally had gone to Hanson Motors in Olympia to purchase a 2015 Subaru Forrester. In the end it was a terrible experience. When we went back to Hanson Motors to give them down payment and pick up our vehicle after three trips there in traffic (hour each way) our sales person, Don Baur waited 24 hours to tell us they were able to get to the windowing tinting and we would need to drive back there AGAIN!!! We are not going to reward bad customer service, lack of courtesy of a phone call and poor professionalism by purchasing a vehicle from Don Bauer or that dealership. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND "Walker's Renton Subaru" and specifically MARK DesHARNAIS. Everything Hanson Motors wasn't Walker's Renton Subaru EXCELLS. Everyone at Walker's Subaru are the VEST OF THE BEST! We weren't quite ready to purchase as we were closing on a home a few weeks later and didn't want to make any major purchases until after. She followed up with us and remembered that we were closing on house and wished us luck and just let us know to contact her when we were ready. We had even agreed on a great price ahead of time so when the time came we just simply emailed her and she had the perfect car ready to go for us. She had the car ready for us when we walked in to expedite the process and it was exactly what we agreed to. She did not try any "bait and switch" strategies like other sales folks. While we waited for the paperwork to draft up she kept us entertained and made us feel comfortable. I highly recommend working with Diane if you are in the market for a Subaru! More
