I was VERY impressed with Crista AND with Subaru's service center. I thought It INAPPROPRIATE that I had to pay over $100 and (take cargo net hardware off old car) to be able to secure Subaru purchas service center. I did NOT think the second 'financial manager' that I talked to communicated very well (about options available for me to select as add-ons). More
