I was stressed out when I pulled into the lot Wednesday, May 22nd. My van had been totaled from a hit and run accident a week prior and i had 5 days to find another van before mine was taken. I had been lot searching every night after work for 3 days straight. Roman came out to help me and we went to the one and only van they had on the lot. It was clean and looked like new for a 2007. Plus it had my one true want. Stow and go seats. The asking price was high and i didn't think i could afford it. Roman was great, he said let's see what we can do. We went into the office and he made it happen for me. My payments are something i can afford as a single mother of three boys. Plus with the low financing he was able to get me, i was able to afford Gap on my insurance. HE IS AWESOME!!! I would recommend anyone to go see him there. We worked out the paperwork, and then went to work with Joy, who was still working hard at 10:30 P to finish up our transaction. We were able to drive the car that night, and it has been a dream ever since. Walker was courteous, and it is clear they have happy employees. We look forward to working with them in the future. When they told me the payments on a vehicle that I inquired about on line. The price was too high so, I wanted to look at cheaper vehicles, but I was told me the financing was only for this one car. I did not understand why but I wanted a new car so I decided to sign papers for it regardless of the tactics used. They did not offer a warranty package at signing, they said it was not available. However, after I got home I found a warranty agreement in the glove box and temporary plate, from a buyer that purchased the same vehicle with a warranty the month before and for some reason returned the car to the lot. I feel like I was pressured to buy this vehicle for reasons that were not disclosed. My husband was asking around after this happened because he did not go to the dealership with me, and one of his clients said that they did the same thing to her and they left the car lot because of it. More
