In general, it was a very enjoyable experience and very efficient. I recommend this dealer to anyone. He is very trustworthy and professional, and patient with non-native speaker/student. It makes me feel efficient. I recommend this dealer to anyone. He is very trustworthy and professional, and patient with non-native speaker/student. It makes me feel safe to buy car from the certified dealer, and I do get good price on extension service. I am a UW Chinese student, have very little knowledge on buying a used car from dealer. I first looked up some ads online from dealer's website and craiglist. I found the car with internet price matches with KBB value. Then I left my contact info on dealer's website and in less than 10 minutes I got response from the dealer. He said the car had already went to auction but confirmed he could get the car to me if I am really interested. I went to the dealer and he just got the car back from the auction place. The car looks good to me, though some cosmetics but worth the price. He offered the exact internet price online, which make me feel very reasonable( not many dealers will honor the internet price). He spent quite a long time showing me the car and we did a test drive. He spent another hour explaining all the taxes and registrations in details, and tried to give me a good trade-in price for my used car. Although I am expecting a few hundreds more on my trade-in price, however, it does cut the tax off the new car (and later I found it matches with KBB trade-in price). Another dealer who offered the trade-in price was $500 (20%) less than here. He showed me the carfax and auto check scores of the new car, and explained some terms on those. After I made the decision, we went to BOA together to purchase the cashier's check. Then we went to the office to have some paperwork done. I got the recommended extension service, after almost one hour inquiry(I asked the figures for all plans). After I left with my new car, I got a phone call from the dealer about I left my Goodtogo pass on the old car, and I went back to get it. He also helped me on querying other add-on price afterwards. My experience at Walker's Renton Subaru was exceptional. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for purchasing a Subaru. The accuracy of the website was what led me exceptional. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for purchasing a Subaru. The accuracy of the website was what led me to purchase a WRX STi from them as other dealers did not have any available. Roman was an honest and diligent saleman and I believe he is one of the best at Walker's Renton. I would certainly be willing to recommend his services to anyone. Thank you Walker's Subaru ... I am am very pleased with my purchase. More

We just bought a new 2013 Outback. Sales personnel were great! Finance people were a little pushy - but that did not discourage us from buying the car. The sales personnel, Jason and Diane, were very fri great! Finance people were a little pushy - but that did not discourage us from buying the car. The sales personnel, Jason and Diane, were very friendly and extremely helpful. Jason took the time to go through all the manuals and demonstrated the Bluetooth function in great detail. I would recommend Walker Subaru to anybody looking to buy a new Subaru. More
Jerry and Diane were great to deal with. I bought my car from them, after finally settling down on the car I bought, they gave me a good deal with minimum haggling. Love it. I purchased an Xterra from Roman a few months ago. It looked good from what he told us about the car. It was however dirty in the inside and the battery was almost dead. The rear left drivers side door looked good from what he told us about the car. It was however dirty in the inside and the battery was almost dead. The rear left drivers side door wouldn't lock or open the next day. All that was fixed when we took it in the next day after some complaining. Other issues then came up a few days later when I went to open the hatch door on the top of the roof. I noticed there were 2 long rust/corrosion lines spanning the front of the vehicle to the rear. Upon looking more carefully I saw that there were rust lines on the rear hatch door behind the rear window. After calling numerous times, emailing, calling again, emailing again and to no benefit or response/call back I quit. I went to an auto body dealer and had it fixed. Don't trust these guys or this dealership. Once they get you out of the door they want nothing to do with you. They'll charm you and Roman will show you some of the good reviews people have given him but its a sham. Go somewhere else, better dealers and better salesmen out there. More

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a car dealership. We went on Friday evening and the salesman said he could get us X price on a Legacy. Went in the next day to purchase, brought in a car dealership. We went on Friday evening and the salesman said he could get us X price on a Legacy. Went in the next day to purchase, brought in a car to trade in. They gave us great money for the trade and still couldn't even get close to X in price. Original quote was assuming no trade in. We test drove the car one more time and the gas light was on. Once we got back inside we decided it would probably still be a great deal on the car, so as long as they filled up the tank so we could make it home than it would be a deal. The manager of the dealership who came out with a quote then decided to argue with me how driving vehicles on empty is fine "all of our cars are on E" he said. Anyone who has any mechanical knowledge of vehicles knows that it is not good for cars to drive on E. While it is a safety mechanism, it is not meant to be driven that way for a long period of time. The sales manager proceeded to argue loudly across the room how it is fine. I do not like conflict, nor arguing and I don't believe this was a great way to complete a sale for a new car, nor is it a way any customer should be treated. So all in all, they lost a sale and a potential loyal customer over $40 to fill up the tank. I would never recommend any friends or family to Walker's Renton. The following day we landed at NorthWest MotorSports and my experience was everything I would expect and more! They were extremely helpful, worked out a great deal and super friendly salesman. They were not pushy, were not argumentative and were truly genuine everyday friendly folks! There was no yelling; conversations were kept in small areas and not for the whole world to hear. While spending that much money on a car is difficult and can stress a person out, the salesman at NorthWeat MotorSports definitely helped relieve any tension i felt towards salesman after my experience at Walker's. Our salesmen was Roman and he was very informative and helpful. He stayed far beyond the closing time to work with us and answered all questions. Buying a car is never an easy process, especially a used v helpful. He stayed far beyond the closing time to work with us and answered all questions. Buying a car is never an easy process, especially a used vehicle, because you are uncertain of what you are buying. Roman managed to gain our trust and that is not easy to do in the car sales world. I would recommend him to others and he continues to work to make sure everything is okay even after the sale was finalized. Thank you, Sara (a happy subaru forester owner!) More
