This review is mainly for Alec and Joy. My fiance and I just purchased our 2013 Impreza and took it home yesterday. Joy began our sale in October, and because of her promotion to Finance Manager, Alec took just purchased our 2013 Impreza and took it home yesterday. Joy began our sale in October, and because of her promotion to Finance Manager, Alec took over towards the end. This was great because we got to work with Joy for financing and Alec for the sale. Neither are pushy and seem to give honest opinions. I must say they are both extremely patient as my fiance and I tend to ask a ton of questions, and then doubt ourselves, etc. etc. Alec helped us set up my phone etc. before we left, which is a good thing because I would have been completely lost. They really took extra time with texting us when our car was expected to arrive, etc. If you go...request Alec and Joy! More

We were greeted by two friendly professional salespersons, Roman and Nebyou. Both salespersons were very knowledgeable and were able to answer all our questions. They let us take the vehicle for a test drive without tagging along, which was great because it gave us a chance to discuss the potential purchase without having the sales people overhearing our every word. We also liked the fact that there was no pressure to buy the car. There was a confusion on the price, one ad had the vehicle advertised at a lower price than another ad. Walker's Renton Subaru honored the lower priced ad, Not all dealerships will do that. The closing process was handled very professionally and efficiently. We were treated really well by everyone involved. OVERALL-No high pressure sales,just a relaxed environment with great sales people. Thank you Nebyou and Roman. We look forward to driving this new CX5 for many years to come, but if we are ever in the market for another vehicle, we will be sure to pay you a visit and we will recommend you to all friends. I spent quite some time researching which new car I might want to buy based on a number of criteria including quality, reliability, efficiency, appearance, safety, general price, etc. When I decided on that want to buy based on a number of criteria including quality, reliability, efficiency, appearance, safety, general price, etc. When I decided on that the Subaru Impreza was a strong contender, I contacted a number of dealerships around both Western and Central Washington. The response I received from Walker Subaru's Noel Alderman was outstanding--and clearly the best choice for my needs. He answered each of my questions directly and positively without trying to dazzle me with extraneous information or persuade me in any way. When my wife and I came in to test drive the Impreza and eventually factory order a 2013 Impreza, Noel was most accommodating, courteous, friendly, and genuinely helpful in every way. He made a number of positive suggestions on the purchase that turned out to be great choices. And while informative, he did not push me toward options or accessories that were of no interest--he simply provided his knowledge and guidance about the Impreza that were important in making decisions on what to purchase with the car. I was also impressed with the fact that he himself owned Subarus and had recenly purchased a car very similar to mine. He also was able to give me a better price on the car than I'd expected. While it took longer than expected for the car to be delivered (I believe this was the case for all Imprezas throughout the country), once the car arrived the actual buying process went quite smoothly. Lap Nguyen, the finance manager, was also clear, patient and helpful in the purchase and quite informative regarding the maintenance and warranty programs--and I did buy the additional 36k mile maintenance package. During this visit Noel made himself available throughout the entire purchase/pick-up of the car and provided an extensive amount of his time "bringing me up to speed" on the Impreza's operation before my wife and I left the dealership. Good thing too, since the car got its first test right off the bat with heavy snow, rain and wind driving over Snoqualmie Pass to Central Washington. My thanks to Noel, Lap and all the representatives with whom I had contact at Walker Subaru for making this a very positive experience. More

It was my first car and i have "baby credit" no complaints anything i asked was pretty much answered to my understanding.
