I was very pleased with my buying experience at Renton Walkers Subaru and with the help from Jason Takahashi. I went to several other dealerships prior to going to Walkers and did not recieve the outstand Walkers Subaru and with the help from Jason Takahashi. I went to several other dealerships prior to going to Walkers and did not recieve the outstanding customer service I did at Walkers. Jason went out of his way to get me into a car that I did not think I would be able to get. He took the time to explain everything on the car. Other dealerships just had me drive a car and then want to talk money. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a subaru to go to Walkers Subaru in Renton. More
Paul was very quick to help me out. I called to pick up my extra key that was never received when we had bought the car in April. He quickly tracked down the sales department to see where the key was. A da my extra key that was never received when we had bought the car in April. He quickly tracked down the sales department to see where the key was. A day later he called me back to inform me that the key was ordered and should take a couple days to get there. Two days later he called and we scheduled an appointment for me to come in and have the key programed to our car. I am really happy with the service he provided. He was really helpful and kept me up to date with what was going on. He is a trustworthy person and I really appreciated his help and I highly recommend him. More
PJ is exceptional! He displayed excellent customer service in a professional manner and his follow through was impressive. Paul was very helpful. I went in to get my headlight changed out, the quote over the phone was around $65. because it included labor fees and the bulb. But after examining it Paul suggested that he just changed out, the quote over the phone was around $65. because it included labor fees and the bulb. But after examining it Paul suggested that he just do it himself because it really didn't require any labor, just popping off the plastic shell. End result the bill was around $27. instead of the $65. My husband and I have always taken our Subaru to this repair shop, and have spent thousands there to keep the car in perfect working condition and have always taken the dealers suggestions on what to update. For a short period I started thinking they were coming up with anything to fix to make the our bill higher. So this last occasion of mine it was clear they really have the best interest for the car and the owner. Or at least Paul Monday does, and with great quality customer service. It was a pleasant visit. More
We bought a new Legacy Outback in April 2011 and had a pleasant buying experience. The outstanding service following the purchase is the primary reason for giving Walker's Renton Subaru our outstanding pleasant buying experience. The outstanding service following the purchase is the primary reason for giving Walker's Renton Subaru our outstanding rating. Over the years we have purchased eight new vehicles including a previous Subaru model The Subaru product has always been excellent, but Brad is the most outstanding service advisor from any dealership that we have have had the pleasure to work with. His product knowledge is impressive and the customer service he has and continues to provide is outstanding. He is attentive, always understands our concerns, and takes prompt action to provide the requested service. He has and continues to be the only service advisor that follows up with a call to see we the work was satisfactory and whether we have other concerns. Our service visits except for one has been for routine vehicle maintenance. Our Outback had only 1500 miles on it when the engine started to run rough. Brad made sure that the problem, a bad coil, was satisfactorily corrected and we have not had any major issues since that incident. Currently our car has an irritating squeak in the front passenger seat and Brad will have address this problem, as mutually agreed to, during the next scheduled routine service Brad is a valuable asset in Walker's organization and as long as he remains an employee in the service department we will not hesitate to purchase another Subaru product from Walker's dealership. We would like for Brad to receive special recognition for his outstanding customer serve. Thank you. Ed & Kim Fujinaga More

I have actually had a few experiences with the used lot at Walkers. I was looking for an STI in 09 and the salesman that helped me at that time was accommodating even though I explained I was just research at Walkers. I was looking for an STI in 09 and the salesman that helped me at that time was accommodating even though I explained I was just researching the vehicle and probably was not going to buy one that day. We went on a test drive in an 05 STI even tho they don't usually let people drive them. I do not recall the salesman. In 2010, I went with a friend to test drive another Impreza for her benefit, again with the intention of research and was greeted with a somewhat less accommodating attitude. Even though my second experience was not the best, I still had some faith in this dealership due to my first experience. When it was time to shop for a car for my Mother this year, I found an 07 Forrester listed by them which was exactly what she needed. Roman, was the contact who responded to my inquiry. The communication was good with Roman. He was friendly and direct. I don't trust any sales person, so I'm sure I came off as pretty offstandish. I was a dealership technician for five years and have done many used car inspections, so I pretty much ignored him telling me it was a good car while I looked over the car. Yeah, it was a good car. I questioned everything and Roman had answers. He explained every detail to my satisfaction, helped me through the tedious process efficiently and even followed me home to deliver the vehicle. I'm sure I was a PIA customer and roman took care of me. My Mom loves the Forrester. Thanks Roman. More
Ronald was so friendly and helpful. From the moment we got to the dealership he was ready to help and answer any questions we had. He approached us in a helpful way, versus being pushy. Usually I avoid the salesmen until I'm ready to ask questions, but he was so welcoming that I appreciated his assistance. I also loved how excited he got for me during the purchase. It made me excited to be a Subaru owner too! Everyone else we worked with at the new car dealership was also very friendly! I would recommend it to friends for sure! More
