I worked with both Tahir and Roman. I called on a Saturday inquiring about an Outback and Tahir called me back immediately with information about the vehicle. I have forgotten the name of the sales manager or the young man who helped us through the final signing of the papers, however, both young men were a pleasure to deal with- as was Roman. I have not purchased a used vehicle from a dealer in 25 years because I've have felt I would be getting stung. I did NOT feel that way at all with Roman and this dealer. One of my tail-light was out on my Tribeca and I just need to have it change. Paul was very friendly and helpful, he sent me to the parts department and show me what to buy, and then changed all my tail- need to have it change.
