While checking in to have my TPM serviced I was met with a surly Service associate named Jesse.When Jesse learned the part was out of stock , He told me to call in a couple of weeks to see if the part was a surly Service associate named Jesse.When Jesse learned the part was out of stock , He told me to call in a couple of weeks to see if the part was in. I had to askedl Jesse to call me when the part was in. Not only did he not call me, but didn't return any of my multiple calls. I wouldn't have it yet if I hadn't requested help from a manager who brought in a new Service associate. It was aggravating! More

Dropped my truck off for service and heard back in the afternoon what the problem was. I let the dealership know what repairs I wanted completed and never got a response. I tried several times the followi afternoon what the problem was. I let the dealership know what repairs I wanted completed and never got a response. I tried several times the following day to contact the service department and the phone went unanswered and nobody called me back. The people I did get on the phone worked at a call center, useless, and could not transfer me to a direct line at the dealership. I was told that someone would contact me at the end of the day because they were busy with customers. Last I checked I’m a customer too and it will be my last time doing business here. Unfortunate for them that I will be buying two vehicles in the next couple years. I’ll be going to a different Chevrolet dealership. More
