I went in for a new lease, 2010 Malibu. The was great with the exception that I was called to come back 2 times after the sale was complete to sign additional paperwork. I stopped by on my way home from shopping to look at the 2011 line of Chevrolets and had not intention of making a deal. Two hours later I drove away with a new leased car. This would not have happened if it wasn't for the excellant salesmanship of the person who held the door of the dealership open for me as I walked into the store. He asked me what my intentions were and I said I had I lease expiring on on Pontiac G6/V6 in three months and I was interested in looking at what Chevrolet had to offer since Pontiac was no longer in business. He did an outstanding job of convincing me to not only lease a Chevrolet but to make sure I did it then and there. The financial person I dealt with was very professional, as the the service representative I dealt with the next morning when I went in to have air put in the tires because they were closed the night before when I closed the deal. Both gentlemen were very helpful in helping me purchase a good used car. Jack was knowledgeable about car choice and Larry was a whiz when it came to finding finance that would work for me.
