Jack Hine worked magic to help me get my "new" used car financed. It was the perfect car for me at a great price and I was willing to drive 3 1/2 hours across the state to pick it up. It took so many phone calls to get it all accomplished but Jack always returned every call quickly and efficiently. I knew the process would not be an easy one but he always remained kind and positively focused. Jack met every special challenge I had including taking my old reliable but very banged up car on trade. When we arrived at the dealership he had everything in order, smiled and remained courteous through the entire process. He took us for a test drive and showed us the ins and outs of our chosen vehicle. He was familiar with all the knobs, buttons and switches and explained their function. Sal whisked us through the financial paperwork, allowing us to peruse the contracts and explained anything we had questions about to our satisfaction. In between the reams of paperwork we discussed our favorite rock bands from the 60s and 70s, including Uriah Heep. I called Doug at 3:45 pm believing my first vacation with my grandsons was going to end because of a problem with my Avalanche's electrical system.
