I had been working with Jay over the phone and nothing was able to get done. Nothing was able to get it approved which is fine. A week later Dan (Sales Manager) called me and asked me to come on in. I had an appointment at another dealer but I decided to go and let them work on it again. And again, a deal couldn’t get done. All that is fine, because my situation was pretty tough, I get it, but when I started to get the denial letters I noticed that after my negative equity they where trying to get 70k for a Ram Bighorn with my issue. Online they had the truck listed with all the insensitive’s at 35k. I understand that not everyone qualifies for all insensitive’s but 70k, wow! No wonder why it didn’t get approved. A couple things here after thinking about it. I never saw anything in front of me. I asked multiple times but they literally said “Trust Me”. I know I should have pushed more, but I was exhausted from work and what not. 2, this dealer has so many sales people walking around it was uncomfortable. “Sharks” I’m sure a lot of people have had a great experience and I’m sure if my situation was different I would’ve as well. But, they felt the need to take advantage of me. Good Luck!! Update!! You guys responded to the message but have not reached out. The letters are rolling in and I now see what you guys were trying to pool. 20k over value for a Base Ram!! Yes our negative equity is terrible, but all the “Rebates” should have helped to offset. Make sure you tell them you want to see the numbers,I asked multiple times and no one there ever produced them. More

They really do everything they can to make it happen! The respect!!! they rememebered us right away and it was like friends. Constantly bringing us fresh bottles of cold water without our asking, offering coffee and even Jim offerring my husband food because he is diabetic and it was a little late. WE will buy any Jeep, Chrysler, Dodge we ever need from Wallace. My son is interested in eventually getting another vehicle you better believe we will be right back at it with Jim and Toni! Let me also mention we did go to ARRIGO and the service was Horrible, Discriminating, Rude AND down right Disrespectful!
