I will definitely buy a 4th Hyundai and 13th vehicle, but it won't be from Wallace. My experience left me feeling disregarded and disrespected. While the Finance Manager was excellent, the Salesperson was unengaged and underinformed, and the Sales Manager lied repeatedly. From the time we knew what we wanted to when we left was SIX HOURS, even though we had pre-approved financing. To be fair, they did give us well above KBB on our trade-ins. TL:DR- We will use the service center for our "free" maintenance and will not recommend the sales department. More

This was our first visit to a Hyundai dealership and I couldn’t be more pleased. We were greeted within minutes and asked what we needed and after we responded, a salesperson showed us the vehicle we want couldn’t be more pleased. We went inside to set up a purchase package. From that point on it was the most efficient sales group I have ever encountered and before we knew it we were on our way home in a new vehicle.
