2013 Maxima repair Service advisor Mark was excellent, car was at body shop for auto accident. Body work done fine, but work on mechanical parts was terrible. Bought truck waiting two hours in the waiting room for it to get cleaned and full of fuel. After it was done, 8:00, it came from the back dirtier then before. Once leaving the dealer promised me my next oil change and fuel is on them. Came in for my first oil change after scheduling it 2 weeks in advance. They told me I was not scheduled for anything and to talk to mangement about their promise. After waiting for 20 minutes to talk with him. He told me the dealer that made that promise was not authorized to do so. Not really the kind of dealership strategic way of running a successful dealership. More

This is not the type of dealership where they will put you on hold waiting to get your car in until after the warranty expires. Worst dealership I have ever dealt with over 50 years. Purchased a used Nissan Murano Platinum from this dealership. During the test drive I realized there was noise coming from the rear of the vehicle. The salesman said he would have it checked out by the service department and have it repaired. The repair was never done. The problem was the tires and not the bearing as I was told. The management refused to replace the tires and fix. There concern is not the customer but profits the problem as promised. They decided to threaten me with legal action. I am someone who is retired and have medical issues of which they are aware. There concern is profit over customer satisfaction. My message------BEWARE, Have everything in writing. More
