No call back My husband and I test drove a used Traverse. After returning we informed the salesman that the car jerked when it was put in drive. The salesman said, he would talk to the mechanic and let us know about the vehicle by Thursday (this was on a Tuesday) we NEVER herd back AT ALL! Left us to believe we should not buy from a company that will not call customers back, so why buy from this place!? No excuse for this at all!! Even if the vehicle would not be fixed, the honesty and phone call would have been enough to continue exploring options there. Not now! More

Traded for new car I see that others had a different experience but my experience seemed to be opposite. I dealt with Stan there and he was great. He was knowledgeable about not just my new car I was buying but about the older car I was trading in and he explained comparisons between the two. He took time to go over all the features on my new car when I came in to trade and showed me around the service center there. He was friendly and was good about communication. I did price comparisons of other lots and they were willing to give more on my trade and worked with me a bit on pricing. Overall it was a positive experience. More
