Poor experience with service department I paid for an oil change, tire rotation and inspection. A few days later the low brake fluid light came on so that part was at least skipped in the I paid for an oil change, tire rotation and inspection. A few days later the low brake fluid light came on so that part was at least skipped in the process. Took it in again a few months later for the same thing and this time a few days later the low air pressure light came on. I have to wonder what they actually inspected and if the even rotated my tires. Also, on a separate service appointment my care was driven 25 miles and driven hard. My fuel mileage dropped from 32 to 28 and it was at half a tank at the time. I have little to no faith in the service department.. More

My 2008 Lincoln MKZ with fewer than 70,000 miles, check engine light went on and I went to a local mechanic to get a diagnostic reading for free. I was told that I needed expensive repairs. I called Wall engine light went on and I went to a local mechanic to get a diagnostic reading for free. I was told that I needed expensive repairs. I called Walls Ford in Salisbury MA and spoke to the manager who informed me that these things were like light bulbs, either they work or they didn't. Some just burn out ( really expensive light bulb). When I went for the $100 diagnostic, the service manager, Eric was snarky and actually smirked when he told me that the repairs were going to cost thousands. He was going to let the Lincoln Customer Service know the situation. He did not share his findings with me. I was informed by the Lincoln customer service that I need another $1,100 in diagnostic tests and the engine most likely needed to be replaced. Lincoln customer service told me to get the car repaired and then they would decide what they could do for us. We couldn't afford the repairs, so we got rid of the car for $3000 less than book value. I was told by the Nissan Dealership that the entire engine was shot. Very poor service on a very expensive car with little support from anyone. We spend a lot on the car because we were told it was a great car with a good track record. The only way this would have worked is if we could keep it for years. We lost our shirt. I consider it another corporate donation to FORD. More
I bought my Ford at a different dealer because I lived in a different town. Then I moved here and had an oil change at Walls and everything was fine. But then I needed an inspection sticker and I have always got them at a dealer. It's always been a quick easy thing at every other dealer. At Walls they refused to do an inspection on my 2 year old Ford Escape unless I get other services done at the same time! What? I have never had to do that any other Ford dealer or any dealer for that matter. Needless to say I've never been back to Walls. I switched to the next closest Ford dealer. It's an extra 10 minute drive but I won't go back to Walls. More
