We're going to drive from Plymouth, MA. 100 miles north to Walls Ford in Newburyport! There are no Ford dealers/franchise repair shops as good as they are. Thank you Bethany! I truly appreciate all that you and the Walls Ford team did to solve the issue with my Bronco. No short cuts taken and most importantly you provided I truly appreciate all that you and the Walls Ford team did to solve the issue with my Bronco. No short cuts taken and most importantly you provided clear communication of not only what happened but what would be done to ensure a proper repair. Super glad Ford took responsibility for the problem and you and Walls made sure things were done right. Thanks to Sean as well. Both of you have looked after me and my Bronco for all servicing, oil changes, tire rotation, minor issues with professionalism and ease.
