AC Evaporator replaced Lance was great in communicating with me. It did take longer for the job to be completed but I was provided with a loaner on Friday after dropping of Lance was great in communicating with me. It did take longer for the job to be completed but I was provided with a loaner on Friday after dropping off the car on Wednesday and not having it back till Tuesday. A couple of quick recommendations for even better experience next time for your customers: +Ensure once car is dropped off, job can commence. My job wasn't started until Friday. +Loaner car was appreciated but needed to cleaned as it was really dirty(Vaccumed, Windexed, outside washed myself so the next person who needs a loaner has a clean car) +When my car was returned, it was unclean in the interior. Since the dashboard had to be taken out, there were small pieces left on the floor(needed to be vacummed), interior windshield had smudges on it, black marks on side panels etc. I was able to clean it in 10 minutes but would have been nice if it was clean when it was returned. Worst experience 6 visits to service 3 for check engine light to fix Orin all call, recieved vehicle back damaged Lance stated would fix for us and after 3 more visits was told it’s my fault and problem to light to fix Orin all call, recieved vehicle back damaged Lance stated would fix for us and after 3 more visits was told it’s my fault and problem to deal with from general manager. I must have removed factory clips out of my wheel well adjusted my bumper and headlight. I buy new vehicles so I don’t worry about working on them. That’s the dealerships job. This was my wife’s dream vehicle and Billy was involved in making this sale. We have bought from Fucillo prior at VW no issues with service. We are in the market for graduation vehicles for our kids and we’re already looking at fuccillo VW And Jeeps now we have to go to Lia or Nemer for our purchases and ask for there help fixing this incompetence More

Professional and Courteous Brought my car in for an oil change. The staff were very professional and courteous. In addition to my oil change, a thorough check was performed , as well as tire rotation. No fee because I bought my car in January from Jazmyn Calhoun, and got two free oil changes. Very happy with the whole crew. He were very happy with the staff at Fuccillo Amsterdam! Everyone who answered the phones were courteous and helpful and the sales team was great. Jim was awesome, he let us know all of our options and got us a big refund on our warranty from another dealer! We never felt rushed, they took the time to make sure everything got done. Our only complaint was that none of the zippers on our soft top worked, they definitely should have been checked before selling the vehicle. More
