The service manager didn’t have my appointment that I scheduled earlier in the week. I was attempting to get a new key cut/programmed for my truck and called him the service center the day before appoint scheduled earlier in the week. I was attempting to get a new key cut/programmed for my truck and called him the service center the day before appointment to verify they could cut my key and was told that “it was part of the process” I arrived and was told it would 25 minutes until they got me in. Over an hour later the service manager came to the waiting area to tell me they could not cut the key therefore they could not program it. Will not use this dealer again after wasting two hours of my afternoon. More
