My recent experience at Fuccillo Ford, Nelliston was nothing less than exceptional. While having engine problems with my Ford Escape, I took my vehicle to another dealership who was closer to my locati nothing less than exceptional. While having engine problems with my Ford Escape, I took my vehicle to another dealership who was closer to my location. I was told it would take months for them to complete the work. So, I contacted Fuccillo Ford where I actually purchased the SUV. They requested that I bring it in for analysis. I did and a loaner vehicle was immediately provided without hesitation. Their exceptional service team diagnosed the problem, ordered and installed a replacement engine in record time. When going to pay the bill, I was told there was no charge because of an extended factory warranty on the engine. The other dealership had no idea this extended warranty existed. I will never take a vehicle to Fucillos autoplex again. I purchased my car on November 8 and paid cash. I was told I could not take the car because they did not have the title which would only take 2 to 3 days. The car was supposed to have been detailed and the two recalls we’re supposed to have been cleared. None of these things were done. The car was filthy when I received it despite being told more than once that it had been cleaned. The entire experience was very disappointing. More

Salesman was great. Noticed a couple dents in the truck and some minor scratches, I asked if it could be fixed. The response I received was " we can buff the scratches but it's a used truck and the dents a and some minor scratches, I asked if it could be fixed. The response I received was " we can buff the scratches but it's a used truck and the dents aren't our issue ". Really? I paid $44,000 for a used truck and they can't even take care of a few minor things. Worst buff job I've ever seen. Now it's going to have to go to a detail shop and get done the right way. Unbelievable. Bc of this I will not buy from fuccillos again. More
I am so happy with my Ford Escape 2021 what a difference going from the Fusion, I feel I am able to see so much more while driving.
