Disappeared often and we had no idea what the problem was. poor communication. The other salesman and sales manager on duty was hands off until the end. Other salesmen were snickering and at the end bashed our salesman. Horrible horrible service and attentiveness. More

Sucks They had my Jeep for 5 weeks total. I dropped it off July 2 to service my transmission. I was told it would be down a few days. I followed up a few ti They had my Jeep for 5 weeks total. I got a call on july 17th and they asked if they could bring it to Amsterdam for it to get done quicker because their Service guy was going on vacation for two weeks. I said that was fine. it sat in Amsterdam for a week. I called, They still didn’t have it in. The manager in Amsterdam, Dan, said that it would be put as top priority. I gave them time to work on it. I called a week later To check on their progress and they didn’t know anything about my Jeep. I was put on hold and then told they sent it up to nelliston again. POOR SERVICE. POOR COMMUNICATION. POOR PROFESSIONALISM. HIRE MORE PEOPLE! More
