Overbooked appointments and called twice to get me to cancel part of my service. After the second call, they called again to tell me they couldn't put my tires on because my lugnuts were warped. Took cancel part of my service. After the second call, they called again to tell me they couldn't put my tires on because my lugnuts were warped. Took my truck to another location to get the tires put on and the service center said there was nothing wrong with the lugnuts. Why not just tell me they didn't have time to do the tires instead of lie and try to charge me for new lugnuts and service? More

I had called and scheduled an appointment to get my vehicle in for the recalls. Had an appointment scheduled for a couple weeks and then I show up and they tell me I'm not in the system and have to wa vehicle in for the recalls.
