I was low balled on my trade in. Asked to remove my front plate from my trade in and some magnetic thing the previous owner had on the car and they did not. I went there to buy a 10 k car, I was sold a 13 k car sight unseen untill after the sale. I was never told the sale price of the car, I had a 1 known which is what was shown in the listing, I was then t sight unseen untill after the sale. I was never told the sale price of the car, I had a 1 known which is what was shown in the listing, I was then told I needed 3 k down, I didn't have that, so I maxed out my credit card, I needed a car , they knew it, I had my car towed there, they checked it told me it was done, I asked what the warranty was, they told me 2 years, did not tell me I was financing it. They never contactede within the 72 hours, I emailed about some stuff I wanted from my car, never got a response, I did get a text from their legal team, I texted him told him when to contact me, never heard back, I call them all I get is recordings. I did notify the BBB and the PAAGs office with complaints. I am very upset I like the car however, if I had seen in before hand I would not have purchased it. It's to big for me. But I will get used to it. I don't have a choice. More
