Very unhappy with service, never get return calls is just the start of my complaint. You cannot talk to anyone in the service dept who is actually working on you car, you only can talk to the call center. N the start of my complaint. You cannot talk to anyone in the service dept who is actually working on you car, you only can talk to the call center. Nobody could really explain what was going on with your car. I feel like I was sold a "lemon". My car has been in your Hazelton service dept 3x in the last 1 year 1/2. Never used my warranty for anything and never explained the warranty that was sold to me did not offer anything. Honestly since the warranty does nothing to help me out I will never ever bring my car back to Car Vision ever again. I also asked for a loner because every time my car was in the shop it took almost 2 weeks to get my car back I had to lose time off from work. More

We bearly hard enough gas to return home. The tire warning light came on, on the way home and we have had to put air in the tire frequently since. We have since gotten a call from a supposed GMC wanting us to buy an extended warranty saying what we have cover practically nothing.... these issues were later cleared up More
