Terrible experience at this dealership. I only gave it one star because it was required. I found the vehicle I wanted on the Nissan website which was priced at the MSRP of $43,615. I contacted Vision Nissan to ascertain that they did have the vehicle before traveling there. Everything was fine when I arrived. I spent three hours there in addition to travel time. I told them I was interested in buying the vehicle until they told me that the price was $3,000 more than the MSRP plus destination charges. I then asked the value of my trade. I was told it was all part of the financing. I explained and showed them the $43,615 MSRP on the Nissan website. They said that they were charging a $3,000 premium because it was a popular vehicle. When I finally saw the deal they were offering, it included an extended warranty and total car replacement if in an accident which I never expressed an interest in. They led me to believe that they were able to negotiate this for me? The trade-in value of my vehicle was at least $2,000 below what Kelley Blue Book and Edmunds suggested. The rate of interest was not displayed on the sheet. I asked and they said they would find out. I had already told them that I had excellent credit and that I could get a 1.99% rate from my credit union. When they finally verbally told me the rate, it was 5.00%! They advertise that they are a no haggle dealership which it was. It was all their way! I would never do business with this dealership. I feel bad for less informed individuals. More

Don't really know what to say. Yes they did get me in a new car, but kind of felt taking advantage of because of my credit. Did not get the color of the car I originally went down for no even close to the payment I was expecting and also was told I had to purchase a 3 year extended warranty for the financing to go through which I found out afterwards from the financial company itself that was false I did not have to purchase that. So instead of them gaining a new long term customer I will be taking my business to a different nissan dealer in the future. F.Y.I. the extended warranty was an additional 2500.00 and also never took my trade in so now I have 2 car payments instead of 1. More
