The sales department was very helpful and they were extremely nice to me through the process. However.. the service department I would rate a -1 if I could. You can never get a hold of them, nor do the extremely nice to me through the process. However.. the service department I would rate a -1 if I could. They more seem annoyed or bothered because a continuous problem that should have never been a problem in the first place after only having my car 4 months!
