The experience was less than satisfying. Questions asked were answered incorrectly and it resulted in a very awkward experience. I also felt the price negotiation aspect was pushed. I was given the second highest package without being asked once. Before showing someone the total it should be discussed what is wanted. There was also several times the sales manager used inappropriate language and curse words. Very unprofessional. Overall, it was a very unorganized dealship. I feel like I have had plenty of less painful experiences when it comes to buying a car. More
