Bob was the man of the month for me. I purchased a 2015 Nissan Frontier SV at the Norristown location in late January, 2022. I had a bad experience with the ONLY key they gave me, worn to where I was lucky Nissan Frontier SV at the Norristown location in late January, 2022. I had a bad experience with the ONLY key they gave me, worn to where I was lucky to get my newly purchased truck home. I stopped for gas to get me home, which is in Archbald, but the key wouldn't turn out of the locked position in order for me to start the truck. This happened in Trooper, only a few miles away from the CarVision location in Norristown. Luckily for me, there was a person at the gas station/repair shop to help me get it started. I called the person I purchased the truck from at the CarVision in Norristown. No answer from her and no return calls about my situation. Very dissatisfied. After I got home, the truck sat for a couple of days in my garage because I couldn't get the key to turn again out of the locked position. I reached out to CarVision Nissan in Hazleton and spoke to Bob later on that same week. He told me to come in the following week and we'll take a look at it. I finally, after jiggled with it for a period of days, got it out of the locked position to start the truck, I took it down to see Bob at CarVision in Hazleton. In a very short period of time, the techs had it figured out. It was a worn out key that was the problem. After that, they proceeded to make me a new one. I had them make me two(2), one for a spare. We'll worth it after all that I had gone through. Bob did a great job in getting me in and on my way. Highly recommend Bob and his team's effort in taking good care of me. Thanks again. Denny D More
