I was at the dealership recently for emergency repair work. Bob from the service department did an outstanding job in getting me in to have the vehicle looked at (no appointment, just limped the car to t work. Bob from the service department did an outstanding job in getting me in to have the vehicle looked at (no appointment, just limped the car to the dealership), giving an honest assessment of the work needed, and arranged for a rental car as the repair was under warranty and the dealer would need the car over the weekend. Even received a call after-hours on Friday night saying the car would be ready on Monday. Can't beat that. Thanks Bob! More
