I went to look at a Nissan Rogue Sport last night and because of Brianna Garrison’s friendly attitude and professionalism I left with my dream car. They were able to hold my vehicle for just under a week until I could get up there ( I live an hour away) They were able to repair a chip in the windshield caused by their landscaping business. The used vehicle was very clean for it being almost 8 years old. Negative remarks: No wiggle room for better tires. Treads were very low, but in the eyes of the dealership, if it barely passes inspection it's good to go and that's what you get. Online it mentioned that the truck had a backup camera. When I came up to test drive it, I noticed that it did not have one. I asked if they could install one since that was what was included and advertised on the site and I got a no. The buying process was a bit slow compared to other dealerships I have worked with. My wife, baby, and I were there for over 4 hours (baby was not happy). The process included a trade-in with my wife's car, the dealership didn't put my wife on the title (that's not entirely their fault, I should have mentioned it to them, but I thought with her being present that was obvious), and lastly, the dealership had a hard time locating the title for the vehicle. They eventually found it and told me it was at another location. I will mention, I was left alone sitting in an office room for a weird period of time. I got to the point where I needed to walk around the lobby to look for the sales rep to ask what was the problem. I feel most would give this a one or two stars rating, but I'm very patient-minded and we are human and are bound to make mistakes, so I would give this an average rating with room for improvement. this was basically a mechanical rebuild after hitting rocks that fell onto Route 81, including an engine replacement.
