Caliper Clicking Noise Car began making a clicking noise when shifting from Park to Reverse and Reverse to Drive. More recently the clicking noise was heard when driving from a standstill. I was convinced it was something to do with the drivetrain. Nissan staff located noise from brake calipers. Corrosion was causing the brake pads to stick and they would “click” when they finally released. All calipers were cleaned of corrosion and lubricated properly to resolve the issue. More
