Great service experience at Fuccillo VW of Schenectady I went to Fuccillo to have an inspection and some brake work done after another service center was unable to fix my problem. I dealt mostly with Ryan I went to Fuccillo to have an inspection and some brake work done after another service center was unable to fix my problem. I dealt mostly with Ryan who was very helpful. They gave me a loaner for several days since they had to order parts. The only issue I had was that the inspection was not able to be completed since I did not have enough gas in my tank for things to reset themselves. I had to fill the tank and drive the car for 100 miles and go back to finish the inspection which I did. It only took about 15 minutes but I did have to go back a second time. Overall, I was very pleased. More
