If I could give this dealer a lower rating I would. Besides the shady dealing they tried to do to my daughter on her purchase, their business manager was rude, condescending and a liar. They promised one deal and then raised her payment by $47 on pick up day and without telling her had transferred her registration, insurance and tried to bully her into just taking the deal. We got our deposit back along with making them call the insurance company and I insisted on the paperwork to show the payment they promised! I have been dealing with car salesmen and women for over 30 years and have never seen or experienced such unethical, unprofessional, and despicable dealings as I did at Wally’s Volkswagen! I hope this review saves at least one person from having to waste their time and the incredible stress that my daughter and I were not spared! Beware if you choose to go there! More

Had a fantastic experience at Fuccillo Volkswagon and that is all because of our sales person Dan Goodrich. Dan made the car shopping experience fun, informative, and just overall an amazing experience. that is all because of our sales person Dan Goodrich. The paperwork was not able to be completed the day I was at the dealership so Dan drove all the way from Schenectady to Cobleskill to meet me at work a day later for me to sign papers. That is customer service! I love the vehicle I purchased and will definitely refer people to go see Dan for their vehicle needs.
