Love my new Passat. Went in for service and drove out with a new 2020 Passat. Great salesman (Shawn),was very helpful in detailing the features of the car. Billy ,Jr was very courteous and did his best to get me in the new car.Shawn transferred most of my things out of my old car to make the transition to the new car easier for me. Great service. I am very pleased with the way everyone was so friendly and helpful. Will definitely go back when I am ready to buy another car. More

Not true to their words When I agreed to the agreement of the lease it was based on the GM doing business with my company. He said he needed jackets for his employees so th When I agreed to the agreement of the lease it was based on the GM doing business with my company. He said he needed jackets for his employees so the deal he was giving me according to him would be better then Nemar because he was going to give me an order as well. That however did not happen. Also my parents had stopped in before I did and Jason told my dad he was looking to get a hold of me as we have done business in the past. After I made the deal with Jason I said to him please don't contact my dad as he was recently diagnosed with multiple myeloma and my mother need to have surgery on her brain for an aneurysm Nov.1 I said they are in no sated right now to be buying a car. He said he agreed however he lied and had Chad call them the next day. so now I am stuck paying for 2 VW's and I don't get no business back. But mostly shame on them for taking advantage of my father! More
