Nightmare Words cannot express how terrible my experience at this dealership was. First they sell me a broken car. Then they take 1 month to diagnose it and fix Words cannot express how terrible my experience at this dealership was. First they sell me a broken car. Then they take 1 month to diagnose it and fix it. Get it back it’s still broken. Send it back take about another month to fix this time at mini. Then I’m told they can’t fix everything that should be fixed and I will have to choose. Then my estimated time to get my car back was pushed back a week. This is just the highlights there’s a lot more. NEVER EVER GOING HERE AGAIN! And I will make sure no body I know does either. More

Oil change/NYS Inspection Granted it was Thanksgiving week, I went for an oil change and NYS Inspection, was surprised that my car wouldn't pass inspection and they didn't seem Granted it was Thanksgiving week, I went for an oil change and NYS Inspection, was surprised that my car wouldn't pass inspection and they didn't seem to concerned to fix the problem then and there, as a normal garage should. They didn't have the part. My biggest concern was that they weren't concerned nor cared enough, and didn't even look at when the inspection was expired. More

Never go back Bought the car used. Told service manager that there was a panel misalignment and paint peeling off of the rocker panel. I was told the paint was orde Bought the car used. Found out there was never an order placed. During several tire rotations the dealer never changed the tire air pressure to spec. I was told the tires were wearing unevenly and the car needed an alignment but there were only three hundred miles on the tire. More
