Inspection video! Had an oil change. I waited in the new building which is modern, sleek, clean (including bathrooms), and well-lit. It has lots of seating, reading mat Had an oil change. It has lots of seating, reading material, a large screen TV, a charging station for mobile devices, and a coffee/tea station with vending machines that accept credit cards. They texted me a link to a video of the complimentary multi-point inspection they conducted and showed wear on my brakes with a suggestion that I replace them in the next 3 months. I didn't catch names, but someone stopped by to let me know that my license plate light blub was out and quoted a reasonable price to replace it, so I agreed. They rotated my tires and when I left, I noticed the car was pulling to the right. I brought it back immediately and they very quickly tested it and rebalanced the tires. Everything was great: service; speed; facility; price. The only thing I don't like is that there's a smart TV embedded in the bathroom mirror; that's just weird because I makes me wary about the 2-way mirror. More

When we went to Fuccillo we were met at the door by the gentleman (Chad) that would soon become the salesman that would close the deal on our new car. We were treated like family and within just 45 minutes were we’re putting a down payment on our new 2019 Atlas SE w/ Technology. Which was EXACTLY what we wanted. Now they did not have the car on the lot at that time, but after talking with us and finding out exactly what we wanted they were able to track down our car and call us for pick up within just three days! We are so happy with our car and are now going to be life long customers of Fuccillo Volkswagen! More
