What took so long? Appointment at 10:30 am to change over to winter tires (mount & balance.) Car was ready at 12:30pm. 2 hours! Are you kidding me? On the way home, fir Appointment at 10:30 am to change over to winter tires (mount & balance.) Car was ready at 12:30pm. 2 hours! Are you kidding me? On the way home, fire pressure warning indicator came on. Stopped at a service location to check pressure. All four tires were at least 4psi low. One was 8psi low. Brought tires up to correct pressure - 38psi. Very disappointed in service, which previously had been good. More

Everything was completely seamless and we ran into no issues on either side of the "table." To top it off, the entire transaction was handled over email. Chad was especially attentive and responded to every detail of any questions I posed in emails -- I don't see this even in many of my own personal and professional dealings!
