I wanted to do half a star but it would not let me. My daughter has mechanical issues with her 2005 Volkswagen Toureg and took her vehicle to Fuccillo Volkswagen. After 2 weeks, from the time of her sched daughter has mechanical issues with her 2005 Volkswagen Toureg and took her vehicle to Fuccillo Volkswagen. After 2 weeks, from the time of her scheduled appointment for recall work, and of her vehicle being there and being badgered over and over to have a diagnostic completed, we still have 0 answers on what repairs need to made to the vehicle and to top it off, the recall work still is not completed. My daughter and I call several times a day and no one returns our calls and the vehicle still sits outside. This is the worst service department that I have dealt with. I have purchased several from other Fuccillo dealerships and have not had service this horrible. Very, very disappointong and disrespectful. More

Minimum effort given The staff was friendly enough, however, the service beyond the actual sale was bare minimum. The detailing job done prior to pickup was terrible insid The staff was friendly enough, however, the service beyond the actual sale was bare minimum. The detailing job done prior to pickup was terrible inside and needed to be redone by myself. There was plastic dressing sprayed everywhere despite specifically asking not to use it. There was make-up on the passenger vanity mirror. On the exterior they were supposed to look at the grill which was misaligned and a dent which neither happened but they offered their price at a local shop. Turns out despite having a clean Carfax the bumper has been repainted and there's overspray on the headlight. There also wasn't even enough gas in it to get me home. Just not a good presentation what so ever. More
