Unexpected purchase! Wonderful experience! I walked into Fuccillo VW not looking to buy a new car; but knew it might be time considering my 03 wasn't going to last much longer. I asked if I cou I walked into Fuccillo VW not looking to buy a new car; but knew it might be time considering my 03 wasn't going to last much longer. I asked if I could just look at numbers, see what was on the lot and stated that I could not commit to getting something that evening. CJ never once pressured me into buying on the spot or pushed just to make a sale. He asked me ideally what kind of car I was looking at and about 10 minutes later-- he pulled up a Tiguan that fit my exact description and needs in a vehicle! CJ told me that; "I couldn't blame him if I fell in love with the car after a test drive!". Well needless to say-- I did fall in love with the car and came back the following evening with my husband. The dealership even made special arrangements for me to take the Tiguan a day earlier than the completion of the paperwork; as my vehicle was no longer safe to drive! Overall, CJ was professional, easy to talk to, knowledgable and efficient. He went above and beyond (staying later, coming in on a day off, checking in throughout the deal) to ensure this process was seamless and that I was happy with the Tiguan! Completion of the paperwork with Anthony was also seamless! Anthony walked me through all the steps and explained everything is detail to ensure I understood what I was signing and what was covered etc. He even drew a diagram to better explain extended warranties when I was indecisive on what to go with. Thanks for taking your time explaining everything and not rushing me into make a decision! I highly recommend this dealership; as all the employees I came in contact with were friendly, personable, knowledgeable and efficient at their jobs. Not once did I feel pressured into making a purchase or rushed throughout the process. Thanks for all your help! I love my new TIGUAN!! :) More

Not what I was expecting I made an appointment at 4pm and when I arrived the service team was busy but noticed a kiosk, I checked in and sat down. Almost an hour later a serv I made an appointment at 4pm and when I arrived the service team was busy but noticed a kiosk, I checked in and sat down. Almost an hour later a service employee takes my keys and said I was the first person to use the kiosk and there was a problem with them getting my check in. Ok no problem. They take my keys and have me sign a thing and I didn’t even think to look at it. They come back with my keys and when they give me the total I ask if they rotated my tires and they said no, After 8,000+ miles? They said the customer usually asks. I would have to make another appointment to get the tires rotated OR pay someone else? I ended up doing it myself. I get the car home and let it sit to see if they even changed the oil which they did do. I then notice my coolant reservoir is over filled, there is nothing on the paperwork stating so. So is my brand new car losing coolant and someone is not telling me? Who knows. I think I’m going to see what some other Vw dealers have to offer. More
