I appreciated his acknowledgment when I arrived, while he was with another client, and his time and patience while working with me and giving me his attention to do his job properly. I am unhappy with the overall result of my visit, from a repair standpoint. My issue was not resolved due to the expensive nature and unwillingness of VW to offer some good will assistance in the cost of the repair. At 6 years old and 42K miles, the turbo was recommended to be replace due to malfunctioning wastegate. Even after many years of brand loyalty with my family having owned many different VW through the years, corporate VW would not assist in any way, due to the time outside the limited 5 year powertrain warranty. However at only 42K miles, it is exceptionally under on the 60K miles limit to be covered under the same warranty. I have 2 children coming to driving age soon, and at this time, will not plan on purchasing any VW product, and likely will replace my current VW soon after it's repair is complete. I will no longer support the brand, and will comment to anyone else who I know interested in purchasing a future VW, about my concerns. More

Buying the car was a nightmare because the purchaser of the car could not come in person and they did not allow a wire transfer. Instead they sent someone in person to drive two hours to get a bank check. Our salesman did not communicate with the rest of the sales team so we spent lots of time waiting when our person wasn’t around. once we got the car the rims of the wheels were very scratched up. They fixed it under the warranty. Less than two weeks after getting the car the check engine light came on. We brought it in and it turns out the entire coolant system needs to be replaced. It is clear that they did not actually do their so called “200 point inspection” many things listed as fine in the CPO paperwork were damaged or needing repair on the car. The only upside to this dealership has been the service department taking great car of us with the check engine light. More

🛑🤮🤬🤬🤬🤬💩 I called two weeks before my lease was up. I called five times, and spoke to someone different each time. I told them I was interested in buying out I called two weeks before my lease was up. I called five times, and spoke to someone different each time. I told them I was interested in buying out my lease and also buying a second car. Since I was close to the end, and wanted to buy the car, they stalled in calling me back so I can get screwed. In the end, I paid over $2,000 in interest. That means I gave back my $1,000 rebate from the start of the lease, plus an extra $1000. If I had known it would be like this, I would have done something different. Maybe get another lease, maybe I could have gotten another rebate, or at least not loose my original rebate. No one explain my options, and it was too late, as I didn’t get the “end lease inspection” done. I wish I had bought the car three years ago, and actually kept the rebate. But this wasn’t explained to me back then, so now I got ripped off. Now I understand why nobody called me back. They wanted to stall me until the last day so I couldn’t back out. And apparently no one was interested in selling me another car. Your loss. So lesson learned. Well I will never get another lease. At least not if I plan to buy it in the end. And I will never go to Fuccillo again. NEVER. Back to Kinderhook Toyota, my first love. By the way, if you gps your dealership on the iPhone navigation, Siri says “xxxx-cillo.” Siri’s right sometimes... Also, Rolando was nice. He was the only one. Everyone else were jerks. As far as ratings go, I could leave the 1-star out, but I don’t want you to think I was ignoring them And I’m telling EVERYONE I know about my experience here. And as I am talking to people, I hear similar comments... “don’t go to those people” More
