This service center is sooo terrible. They had to warranty an oil pan gasket seal. $10 silicone seal. Charged me $270. They couldn’t even get that right! Way worse than before!! In order to seal the oil pan you have to let the oil out & it was due for an oil change so I told him to change the oil and he Nicholas said yes of course. Well then later on he said they didn’t put a new oil filter on because I didn’t ask him to. Like argued w me. A girl has to tell you that when you change dirty oil, you change the dirty filter??? The kicker is Ibought this 22’ Mazda Cx5 brand new from them too!!! They didn’t even drive it to make sure there were no other leaks. I had 1 whole new mile on my car when i picked it up. So now there’s oil pooling under my car & coming from many different seals & they overfilled the oil like they knew it was going to leak. This car has 41k miles on it!!!!!!!!! The headlight assembly started going out at 34k miles to o & Mazda won’t pay for the whole thing even though it’s their defect. Mazda & Walser are both so bad & I implore everyone to NOT GO HERE!!!! More

Overall, my experience was great. I brought my Mazda 3 in for an infotainment service that was covered under a warranty. They offered me a loaner vehicle as soon as they got my vehicle checked in, and I got to drive a brand new (7 miles on the vehicle) 2025 Mazda CX-50 for a day. Now I want one. They sent me a video of the inspection within an hour, and detailed everything they saw, pointing anything out that needed attention. They even offered my daughter a toy while we were there, and she got a new squishmallow! I highly recommend this service department. More
