He did all the small things that make a difference. He let me chose the car, He reminded me of key features, He opened the exit doors. Also, I told him this would probably then run into the holiday so I wouldn't be back for a week. He said they had no problem with me keeping the courtesy car for that time. On the repair, Nick kept me updated throughout the process. My car was ready, washed, and waiting when I got back from vacation. More

I am very pleased with this dealerships service dept. I bought new tires from another dealership and told them something was wrong. They said it was not their install issue and woukd not take me seriousl I bought new tires from another dealership and told them something was wrong. They said it was not their install issue and woukd not take me seriously. So I called Burnsville Mazada. Not only did they get me in right away. It turned out all 4 of my tires lugnuts were never tightened from the initial install and a screwdriver was left in the hub. This course have been life threatening but Burnsville Mazda saved me from a tragedy. Thank you. More
