Caused another cosmetic issue after trying to fix one My 2010 Mazda 3 was beginning to get a sticky dashboard, which happens with that model if exposed to prolonged ambient high temperatures. It's a free, My 2010 Mazda 3 was beginning to get a sticky dashboard, which happens with that model if exposed to prolonged ambient high temperatures. It's a free, extended warranty fix, so I brought it in. I was given an estimation of 2.5-3 hours. Okay, fair enough. 3 hours go by, I get a call from Chad. "I don't know what to tell you, but it's taking a little longer. Maybe a couple more hours. We'll give you another call around then." Not a big deal. Poor communication skills, but nothing awful. Sometimes these things happen. I wait a couple hours, no call. Takes them another hour to contact me, tells me it'll be ready for pick up in about 15 minutes. I arrive, only to be told there's been an issue. This wasn't mentioned on the phone. One of the service workers punched a small hole in one of the plastic panels connected to the dashboard. "It'll take at least a day to fix. You can leave your car here and take a rental, bring it back another day, or we can give you a couple free oil changes." Then I had to wait another 10-15 minutes to even see my car. This is now at least half an hour past the "ready in 15 minutes" quoted to me on the phone. Yikes. How about you take care of the issue, AND give me an oil change because of this massive inconvenience? I drive for a living, so not having my car for a full day is an expensive inconvenience, something which I expressed to Chad. The next day, I discover that some set of wires by the accelerator is disconnected still (not only annoying cause it's in the way of my foot, mildly dangerous), as well as some of the lights on my center console now not working. They also left one of their tools in my car. They also took everything out of my center console (of which there are multiple small items) and just threw it in the back of my car. They couldn't have grabbed a bag or something? They also (alarmingly) left a few nuts and washers, and a piece of mysterious broken plastic in my driver-side door's cup holder. God only knows where that came from. I still need to schedule the day my car goes back in to get the hole fixed. So in summary - Dashboard fixed, yay. - Took nearly twice as long than originally quoted - Panel connected to dashboard broken - My things strewn about - One of their tools found in my car - Wiring left disconnected and in the way of my accelerator - Mysterious bolts and washers and broken plastic piece found - Have to come in again, this time for a full day for repair More

Wouldn't go anywhere else It was a busy day at Burnsville Mazda. I had to wait a little bit when I first came, but once someone was available he took very good care of me. I appreciated how he listened to my concerns and did his best to make sure my issues were resolved. So nice to have coffee, water, snacks, magazines and TV available as I waited for my vehicle to be serviced. I was not able to complete recommended service, however, because it was just too expensive of a repair for me without warranty of any kind but did get in on the special for an oil change, tire rotation and new windshield wipers. Thanks for the great service. More

Great service every time I needed to have my airbag replaced due to a recall. They got me into the shop the same afternoon and had it fixed quickly. They also found some ite I needed to have my airbag replaced due to a recall. They got me into the shop the same afternoon and had it fixed quickly. They also found some items that needed attention but they didn't pressure me to do everything that day like some places will. I appreciate that and had a belt replaced, but the rest will wait. Service managers are always helpful, friendly, and seem very honest and sincere. A great experience. More
