Great service I bought my car here in October of 2018 and I started noticing a click sound whenever I hit my breaks. I brought it in to have it looked at and they c I bought my car here in October of 2018 and I started noticing a click sound whenever I hit my breaks. I brought it in to have it looked at and they concluded that my break pad was moving slightly and when it did thats what caused the click sound I heard. They greased the part and didnt even charge me! I am so grateful that they not only looked at my car without an apt but also solved my problem! Thank you Mike and team!! More

Great Service by Exceptional People! I bought my Mazda CX-5 from this dealership and always bring my car here for my routine maintenance. People in service area are exceptionally friendly I bought my Mazda CX-5 from this dealership and always bring my car here for my routine maintenance. People in service area are exceptionally friendly, warm, and welcoming. They are always very patient to answer all the questions, explain in details what needs/does not need to be done and go from there. This is the only car repair place, where I feel I am there to meet my good friends Joshua and Nick (thanks guys, keep up the good work!) . AND yes, waiting area is the Best!!! I bring my laptop to work on, get free gourmet coffee, water, and snacks and relax while my car is being worked on. Highly recommend! More

Walser Burnsville Mazda definitely keeps their promises and are very true to their customers. Guaranteed! When I bought my Mazda CX-9, it has a broken rear mud-guard which had gone unnoticed. I noticed the broken mud guard 6 weeks after the car had been purchased. When I brought this to the dealership's attention, they ordered the part and fixed it at NO COST! During the entire process, all Mazda employees I worked with were very professional, courteous and did a great job!! The repair was also done promptly and in time before the great Minnesota snow started this year. Very happy with this service!
