He worked with his service manager and Mazda to determine the car would be fixed. Since my care was unsafe to drive they provided me with free loaner for over 2 months while waiting for parts. Throughout the process Mike was professional and helpful at all times. He listened to my concerns and made sure I understood what was happening and when. I have had other service done at Walser Mazda and would definitely return. More
