Professional and accomodating I made an appointment in person on 12/04 for Tuesday 12/17 @ 9am. I arrived on time only to find there was no record of my appointment in the system. I made an appointment in person on 12/04 for Tuesday 12/17 @ 9am. I arrived on time only to find there was no record of my appointment in the system. Michael in Service explained there had been a computer glitch but rather than reschedule for another day, he calmly entered all of my information and got my recall taken care of while I waited. The work was done in the timeframe he gave me and the car was washed as well! More
