Good Service Experience I had to get my car serviced and didn’t have a lot of time. Two Hour Oil Change I had an oil change appointment at 12pm last Saturday. I arrived at 11:30am and asked if they would be able to get in me early or if I should come bac I had an oil change appointment at 12pm last Saturday. I arrived at 11:30am and asked if they would be able to get in me early or if I should come back at my appointment time. They said it was no problem, they can get me in and it would take up to an hour. It was approaching 1pm (an hour and a half later), so I finally go in and ask what's going on and am told that they know I'm expecting it to be done at 1pm and it should only be a few minutes late. I politely informed that I was actually told it'd be done by 12:30pm and their response was that it's busy today and 1pm is what they had written down so it's not their fault. Well a few minutes turned into 30 minutes and I didn't get my car back until 1:30pm. So it took 2 hours for a fifteen minute process. Will not be going back for oil changes. More
