David thoroughly explained each step of the repairs, what was needed and if it was necessary. I wasn't pressured into anything as is often the case at the mechanic shop. He listened to my questions and concerns and stayed in communication with me. I was given a loaner car while mine was being repaired and even though things came up with work, and I was unable to return it until a day after the repairs were completed, I wasn't pressured and they said it was fine. Each person I spoke with and met was nice and professional. I will definitely return when my car needs service. More
