Friendly Welcome I always wanted a corvette and after searching for a few evenings and mading some inquire, I soon leaned that I did not want to buy from a private sel I always wanted a corvette and after searching for a few evenings and mading some inquire, I soon leaned that I did not want to buy from a private seller, as what they told me about their cars never matched up with Car Fax. I found a Vette at Walser Experienced Autos and made a call. Larry Lesniak answered my call and after only asking a couple of questions, he offered to send me the Car Fax report on the car. I went to look at the car and Larry greeted me at the door and went over the car with me and I took the car for a spin and came back very happy with the cars appearance, performance and condition. The only thing left was to negotiate the deal. Larry was great to deal with and we settled on a price that I felt very comfortable with. Friendly, that's Larry, as we talked for more than half an hour, after the paper work was done. Larry even gave me a followup call to make sure I was happy with the car and service and I am very happy. More

I am not a kid, and you're not my dad I was in need of a car and came across this dealer through Walser Auto website. From the moment the guy answer my call to when nothing could be done, I was in need of a car and came across this dealer through Walser Auto website. From the moment the guy answer my call to when nothing could be done, he pretty much told me that I was never going to ever get approve by "anyone" with my credit, income, and money down. He talked to me like he was my dad, telling me what to do, spitting words with attitude, and straight up changing his offer the 2nd time I called. I will never ever go to this place again even if they offered me a FREE CAR. To the guy who helped me whom I forgot his name, FYI, I got approved at another dealer and they will be seeing me again in the near future. More

Heartless Crooks Honestly this was one of the worst experiences of my life. I was near tears and they sensed my weakness and exploited it. They completely lowballed me on my trade-in and would not budge, then sold me a used car for way more than I should have paid for it after refusing my counter offer (discovered the cost inflation later after I realized the "market value" print-outs they showed me only included the highest end of the price range for that car in the market) that ended up smelling like smoke once the weather warmed up. After I got it home and washed it, there was also some back-end scrapes/chips in the paint that had been obscured by winter slush and dirt. I am young, female, and was alone and in need of a car, and I felt completely taken advantage of. Women who take advantage of other women should be ashamed of themselves. I would never recommend this place to anyone. More

Horrible! We have now purchased 3 vehicles from Walser. The first one we had some issues with but decided to get another car from them. The 2nd one was fantasti We have now purchased 3 vehicles from Walser. The first one we had some issues with but decided to get another car from them. The 2nd one was fantastic until someone rear ended me, so of course we would naturally go back to them. This experience was the WORST!!! We bought a 2008 Honda Accord, we get a call a couple of days later saying we needed to get in ASAP because an employee wrote down the wrong mileage and our Carfax would be marked under "mileage fraud" if we did not get it fixed. Than we get a phone call a couple weeks later saying that our plates were ready for pickup, although my car was already issued new plates before I bought it. They kept telling me I was wrong and that these were my new plates, then I brought it up to them that I have physical proof from their pictures showing my car had plates and the Carfax had shown the plates we issued before I bought my car. They finally realized the error they made after fighting me and returned my money back. They said everything was ok, until a couple of months later we went to the DMV and doubled checked which plates were supposed to be issued to my car, and I was driving with INVALID plates for 3 months!!!! We called them explaining and again they were fighting us, they still had the new plates that were issued to my car so they put them on. Also not to mention I know they knew the car had a "tick" to it, but I didn't know about it because they always started the car and it only does this noise when you start it up. Now I just paid about $12,000 for this car and now I have to put another $500 to get this car fixed. I will NEVER buy a car again from a Walser dealer, and I will tell everyone I know to never shop there. More
