Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Upon taking possession of my vehicle, I noticed that my wheels were damaged from the impact tool taking off the lug nuts. Appointment at 9:30. Was told car would be ready in 1 1/2 hours. At 1 pm i called andwas told the tech. Had been busy on another car. So, at 3 pm my wife took me to the dealership. I thought even if it were not ready, i would wait. When we were almost there, i got a call saying it would not be ready until next day and i would get a call around 11am saying when it would be ready. The next morning at 7:45 am i was told it is ready. I asked about a pick up ride to the dealership. They were kind enough ti oblige. However, they sent the driver instructions to an address about 20 blocks from my address. More
