Arrived on time and told service tech I was there for my complimentary oil change and tire rotation . He said okay they would get right on it. After being told my Santa Fe was done he had me come out to si complimentary oil change and tire rotation . He said okay they would get right on it. After being told my Santa Fe was done he had me come out to sign paperwork and said I was good to go. After pulling out off the service bay I stopped to check over paperwork. Right away I noticed there was no mention that they did the tire rotation. Very disappointed in the follow up off the service tech, I feel he was probably not even listening to what I said when I arrived. I did not have the time to go back in and wait more time. More

Just a number, I need tires. Ask the service rep for a quote on tires. He never got back to me on tires. My car was done and sitting at the door for over 20 minutes. After back and forth, i eventually called again to find out it was ready to be picked up (at 4pm) next day from when i dropped it off. More issues with service manager, very condescending and zero customer service. Also left the general manager a voicemail today looking to discuss more. Should also mention I’m dealing with a charge (unrelated to this) from Carl, the previous service rep who didn’t check my warranty… done typing for now, but I have more to say More
